What the booking form collects

The form on the booking page asks for:

• Your name, work email and company.
• Which of the four workflows is closest, or not sure yet.
• Optionally, how you found DH Studios, and a one-line note.
• Where your visit started: the first page you opened on this site, the other site that sent you there, if any, and any campaign tags (utm_) in that first link. It is kept in your browser tab until you send the form, and sent only with your request.
• The email address is used to reply about the call. Do not paste client data or passwords into any field.

Who receives and processes it

The request is sent by email to hello@dhstudios.tv. The operator is DH Studios, Cincinnati, Ohio.

The site is hosted on Vercel. The request email is sent through Google Workspace, Gmail, to hello@dhstudios.tv.

No other system receives a copy of the request.

Your IP address is used in memory to limit repeated submissions. Vercel, which hosts the site, keeps request logs that include IP addresses.

The server log for a request keeps a request ID, the workflow chosen and whether delivery worked. It does not keep your name, email, company or note.

Calendly

If you choose to pick a time yourself, the Book button takes you to Calendly, at calendly.com. What you enter there is collected by Calendly, not by this site.

Bookings made there are stored by Calendly.

AI model provider

The model provider is chosen with each client during the Drawing, and is typically Anthropic's Claude.

The booking form does not send what you type to a model provider.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for up to 12 months after our last contact, so we can follow up. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time: hello@dhstudios.tv.

How to ask for deletion

Write to hello@dhstudios.tv and ask for your request to be deleted.

Deletion requests sent to hello@dhstudios.tv are handled by DH Studios.
