ABOUT — AI agents for operations

Drayton Highlander, industrial engineer, builds AI agents for operations

We design, build and integrate AI agents inside the systems you already use, and train your team to run them, one workflow at a time. A person approves every hand-off.

The work is principal-led and hands-on. Every agent starts as a one-page drawing, is built to it, and ships only when a person signs. Founded by Drayton Highlander, an industrial engineer, in Cincinnati.

The philosophy behind the agents

We stay on the leading edge of agentic systems, learning constantly, and we build them to make a company more efficient without disrupting how its people already work — so teams adopt the change instead of fighting it.

Where the finish comes from

Before the agents came film and motion — Cinema 4D, Redshift, After Effects — for teams, leagues, and product launches, and that finish carries into everything here: an agent's hand-off card gets the same care as a hero frame. The film work is kept as an archive. It is a record, not a service.
