AI agent glossary

Pilot

A pilot is a limited first run of an AI agent on real work, measured against a baseline, before a company commits to running it for good.

A good pilot has a clear measure of success agreed before it starts.

How we use it at DH Studios

A pilot typically runs four to eight weeks on real work, with a run log and a baseline, and your team is trained to run the agent alongside it.
